About the Auction

The Long Beach Museum of Art and its Fundraising Affiliate, Phoenix, are organizing Art Auction 15. In addition to the live and silent auction of more than 180 original works of art by some of California’s most desirable artists, a wide variety of other premium arts-related items will be available including trips, services and experiences. All proceeds from the Auction will support the Museum’s mission to collect and care for a permanent art collection, present changing exhibitions in a variety of media and provide engaging educational programming for youth and adults while serving over 12,000 school children and hundreds of families throughout greater Long Beach each year. Guests will enjoy tapas dining and a hosted bar on the expansive ocean front lawn on Sunday, May 19, 2013 from 4:00 to 9:00 p.m. An opportunity drawing for cash prizes will also take place at the event. Complimentary valet parking will be provided from the Museum’s parking lot.
